Edit Object Circle
Insert a new or edit an existing (simple) circle object.
A circle is defined by the center coordinates and the radius.

| Coordinates and Radius | Coordinates may be given by absolute or relative values measured from a given border or from center of the useable area. The radius may be given in absolute values or relative to useable with (%X) or useable height (%Y). |
